The heart was constructed on a steel frame, with wooden pieces clamped onto it. The dry oasis was attached to the wood by way of chicken wire mesh. The roses were in test tubes, inserted into the dry oasis.

Black Magic, Titanic and Gigi roses were used, all good!
A heavy industrial crane had to be used to lift half a tonne into the air!
